Flavours started in 2002 as a catering company that delivered unique food in Romania. Since each delivery was treated as an event itself, the tailor made events division developed naturaly. And so Flavours started to develop a complete experience that now is available nationwide. 

With a wish to improve the lunch experience in Romania, Stradale came to life in 2015 under Chef’s Foa signature. From then on, lunch, whether in an office building or private school, became a completely new experience – superior quality of ingredients, amazing taste, a la carte set-up and an atmosphere of a food festival, finishing everything with a good coffee and an amazing desert from their Mitzu coffeeshops

To team up with such a strong partner as Mozaik, especially during such a difficult period as the Covid19 pandemic was a bold strategic decision from our side. We strongly believe in our business model and consider that periods like these offer the best opportunities to expand and consolidate our top position in the food management business. Together with Mozaik, our vision to become an integrated company, offering a complete range of food services, will be much easier to be achieved.
